Terms & Conditions (T&C) for Giveaway Winners

1. Eligibility & Delivery
   - ⁠Prize delivery is available only within West Malaysia.

   - Winners from East Malaysia must cover the shipping cost by transferring the payment to PROVIN ASIA MARKETING SDN BHD.

   - ⁠The organizer will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during delivery.

2. Claiming Your Prize

   - ⁠⁠Winners must provide their Full Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number within 48 hours of being notified.

   - ⁠Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

3. Delivery Timeline

   - ⁠Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.

   - ⁠Non-Exchangeable & Non-Transferable

   - The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Details

   - The organizer is not responsible for lost or undelivered prizes due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the winner.

   - Public Announcement & Marketing

   - By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow their name and/or social media handle to be announced publicly on our platforms.

5. Fraudulent Entries

   - ⁠The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any winner suspected of fraudulent participation or failure to meet the giveaway requirements.

6. Changes & Decisions

   - The organizer reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

   - ⁠⁠All decisions made by the organizer regarding the giveaway are final and binding.
